Skater boys and girls better save your pennies, because here’s a condo for you.
The West Side’s 263-unit Waterline Square development will include an indoor skate park for freestyling punks — billed as the first for a multifamily residential property in New York City.
The Post got an exclusive first look at the gnarly space.
The three-tower complex, located on Riverside Boulevard from West 59th to West 61st streets, features the subterranean Waterline Club that connects all three buildings.
That 100,000-square-foot amenity space houses this skate park, outfitted by SITE Design Group. It will include a half pipe and a mini ramp for skateboarders to practice on.
The half pipe will run about 42 feet in length and stand some 4 feet high; the mini ramp, 10 feet above ground at its highest point, will let experienced riders catch great air.
In a nod to accessibility, skateboards and helmets will be available for residents who don’t have their own.
The skate park, which will be open year-round and is anticipated to debut this August, will also feature open lounge seating, a large-screen television with video games and a sound system with a DJ deck.
The Waterline Club, designed by Rockwell Group, will additionally include a 30-foot rock-climbing wall, an indoor soccer field, a music studio and a bowling alley.
Closings at Waterline Square — developed by GID and with tower designs by Rafael Viñoly Architects, Richard Meier & Partners and Kohn Pedersen Fox — are anticipated to start this spring.
Pricing for a unit in Waterline Square starts at $1.92 million for a one-bedroom and tops out at a $17.25 million penthouse. Both of those units are in Two Waterline Square.
